Our Manufacturing Facility
We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh located 15 km from Pathankot. This modern plant is set over an area of 10000 sqm with a built up area of 6000 sqm. In our manufacturing facility we have separate dedicated areas for manufacturing of Pharmaceutical formulations, Ayurvedic formulations, Cosmetics, Food supplements and Nutraceutical products. The manufacturing facility is constructed as per the GMP standards. The manufacturing unit is equipped to manufacture products categories such as Tablets, Capsules, Oral powders, Syrups, Ointments, Gel, Serums, Shampoos, Sunscreen, Cream, Hair oil, Face wash, Face scrub, etc., We have Automated lines for Production, Filling and Packing.
Pharma Section
At Samrvir Biotech, the Pharma manufacturing facility is equipped with world-class machines from leading suppliers like Cadmach, Pampack and Neocota. These lines are equipped with Fluid Bed Dryers, Mixers, Blenders, Mullti Milling machines, Granulators, Sifting machines, Automatic, Tablet punching machines (20 stations & 24 stations), Automatic Coating machines, Automatic Capsule filling machines, Blister packing machine, ALU-ALU packing machine, Sachet filling machine for Oral Powders, etc as per the GMP standards. All the manufacturing areas are under controlled temperature with AHU facility (maintaining temperature at 25 ± 2o C), and the humidity is also controlled at not more than 45%, to maintain the natural efficacy and Quality of the products during the manufacturing and filling processes.
Ayurveda Section
At Samrvir Biotech, the Ayurveda section is equipped with Automated machines as per the GMP standards from leading suppliers like Kothari Pharma, GEM Pharma, etc. These lines are equipped with Automated ointment / cream / shampoo manufacturing vessels with Load cell (Full PLC based), Planetary mixers for Toothpaste, Automated filling lines for Tubes, Semi Automatic filling machines for Bottle category products, Automatic Labelling machine (Round bottles & Flat bottles), Advanced Batch printing machines, Automatic Shrink sealing machines, etc., All the manufacturing areas are designed and constructed as per GMP standards with AHU facility.
Cosmetic Section
In Cosmetic section we have Automated machines as per the GMP standards from leading suppliers like Kothari Pharma, GEM Pharma, etc. These lines are equipped with Automated ointment / cream / shampoo manufacturing vessels with Load cell (Full PLC based), Planetary mixers for Toothpaste, Automated filling lines for Tubes, Automatic filling machine for Bottle category products, Automatic Labelling machine (Round bottles & Flat bottles), Advanced Batch printing machines, Automatic Shrink sealing machines, etc., All the manufacturing areas are designed and constructed as per GMP standards with AHU facility.
Quality Assurance & Testing Facilities:
- Full equipped QC and QA department
- Well equipped Lab with Analytical instruments such as UV-Vis spectrophotometer, HPLC with auto-samplers, TLC, Karl Fisher titrator, Viscometer, etc.
- In-house Microbiology Lab
- Walk-in Stability chamber
- Documentation procedures such as SOP’s, STP’s and Specifications
- Stringent Quality checking at each & every stage of manufacturing process starting from purchase of Raw materials / Packing materials, Production process, Packing Process till the Dispatch of Final Product.
- We ensure that only right Raw materials are purchased and used for the manufacturing process. We had listed stage wise critical process parameters and monitoring is done by QA & QC team to ensure the Product Quality at each stage.
- Our organization is GMP certified and ISO 9001:2015 certified company which defines the Quality status of the Products.
